In 2025, Frisbie Memorial Hospital opens its second outpatient adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Gilford, designed to help individuals develop and apply new strategies for managing mental health. With this addition, Frisbie, Parkland and Portsmouth hospitals now offer a total of six PHPs across New Hampshire.

In 2025, Catholic Medical Center launches New England Midwifery, a full-scope women’s health practice.

In partnership with Portsmouth Regional Hospital, Frisbie Memorial Hospital opens a sleep lab in Rochester in 2025. The facility offers comprehensive sleep studies in a comfortable home-like setting, with the option for at-home testing, when appropriate.

In 2025, Portsmouth Regional Hospital opens a hybrid cardiovascular operating suite, enabling seamless transition between minimally invasive procedures, catheter-based interventions and complex surgery.

Portsmouth Regional Hospital expanded its cancer services with a new radiation oncology program in 2024. The expansion will help the hospital to provide cancer patients with full-service cancer care, from diagnosis to surgical and medical treatment options, including chemotherapy and radiation.

In 2024, Parkland Medical Center opened its second outpatient adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), designed to help individuals develop and incorporate new strategies for coping with mental health. Between Frisbie, Parkland and Portsmouth hospitals, there are now four PHPs in New Hampshire.

Frisbie Memorial Hospital opened a new inpatient Acute Rehabilitation Unit in 2023, providing high-quality physical, occupational, and speech therapy for some of the most severaly ill and injured patients in the region.

In 2023 Parkland Medical Center’s new freestanding emergency room, Plaistow Emergency, brought 24/7 life-saving emergency care to Plaistow and surrounding communities.

In July 2022, Frisbie Memorial Hospital opened a behavioral health pod in its emergency department, providing patients with access to care for conditions such as depression, anxiety and other mental health issues in a setting designed to best meet behavioral health needs and reduce ER waiting times.

In March 2022, Frisbie Memorial Hospital opened its new Breast Imaging Center. The Breast Imaging Center uses state-of-the-art technology with improved diagnostic accuracy to detect breast cancer at its earliest stages.

In June 2021, Frisbie Memorial Hospital expanded their services and now offers patients in Greater Rochester access to weight loss programs including nutrition, social work, physical therapy and meeting with bariatric surgeons.
