Benefits for All

Patients: Granite Staters can expect investments to expand and continue to meet the growing demand for essential healthcare services. Additionally, Manchester residents will have the option of being served by a hospital system that has the ability to share best practices garnered from hospitals across the country in key clinical services such as oncology, cardiac health and trauma.

Colleagues: Colleagues from CMC would join a health system that offers competitive compensation and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement in New Hampshire and throughout the country. Additionally, our new colleagues would benefit from HCA Healthcare’s education programs.

Community: The proposed acquisition between CMC and HCA Healthcare will ensure CMC’s legacy of providing Catholic healthcare and allow community members to access vital healthcare services close to home in New Hampshire. As always, we remain committed to improving the health of our friends, families, neighbors and region, while ensuring high-quality healthcare access for years to come.

What's next?

Nothing changes for our patients or CMC’s patients or the extraordinary people who care for them. While the transaction undergoes customary regulatory and legal approval, we are working diligently to develop detailed plans to ensure a smooth transition. Once the transaction closes, CMC will become a part of the HCA Healthcare family but until then HCA Healthcare and CMC will stay focused on the thousands of Granite Staters we serve every day.
